You Decide Where You're Going, I Show You the Way
I like to tell my clients to think of me as their proverbial GPS. You tell me where you want to go and I help you get there. Or, if you prefer old school maps, think of me as riding shotgun, holding a map and telling you which exit to get off. It's not my job to change the destination. I'm just there to show you the way. Or, help you "recalculate" when we miss a turn.
I have felt the intense isolation and metaphorical cold that can sneak into the expatriate experience. I know that deep craving to just be understood without copious explanation. I've crafted a therapeutic space where the isolation lessens and you are easily understood. You can experience apricity; that feeling of absorbing the warmth of the sun on a cold day. Therapy is a place for you to feel comfortable enough to allow the genuine truth of your circumstance to be said out loud free of judgment and criticism.

Time zones and remote locations are not a problem. We can work around all of that.
